We are very fortunate to have the opportunity
to develop this site for the award-winning artist and author Ellen Frank. The
web site is a collaboration of ideas from Ms. Frank and our staff. The result
is a site that uses minimal decoration and subtle graphics which provide a suitable
environment to effectively display her work. | bigappleshak.com
This site is the home of the 2004 New York Shakuhachi
Festival (Fourth World Shakuhachi Event). The graphics were inspired by the natural
beauty of the instrument (bamboo flute) and the splendor of the apple orchards
in Upstate New York. | jenkinstownantiques.com
This site was created for an antique and design/restorations
shop in the Hudson Valley region of New York state. We worked closely with the
shop manager to create a look and feel that portrays the owners' sense of history
and love of the New York Hudson Valley art and architecture. |
nyogetsu.com This
is the home site of the world-renown Shakuhachi grand master player Ronnie Nyogetsu
Seldin. Our mission on this project was to create a site without a lot of input
from him, that was user friendly and professional looking. We chose to work with
the beautiful shakuhachi instrument as a design motif for the main navigation
of the site. | threethings.net
A site created to reflect the Buddhist teachings
as expressed by a great contemporary American author, scholar and teacher. We
were inspired by the writings of this author and we chose to combine the use of
modern photos and ancient, traditional images from Buddhist art. | dbaprojects.com
For this high-end database consulting company,
we created a web site to reflect a technical look and feel. The graphics include
images from Kyoto train station Japan, in a subtle blend with other graphics to
create a unqiue engineering motif. |
